IoT613 fosters a culture of knowledge, sharing and growth within the local and global IoT community. Through various programming, IoT613 provides a platform for technology and policy professionals to learn, connect and interact with the IoT community for the advancement of technology and economic development.

IoT613’s programs include large multi-day annual conferences, training courses and workshops, regular speakers series, networking socials, hackathons, and other community events.

Conferences

The 3rd Annual IoT613 Conference was our biggest yet. 3 solid days of Technical and Business Workshops, Connected Transportation and Wearables on April 18-20 at The Canadian Museum of History. We hosted over 40 speakers, keynote presentations and workshops including a busy exhibition space. The upcoming 2019 event looks to be even better!

Workshops

In 2018 IoT613 in partnership with global leaders, we will be rolling out a series of workshops and training programs. This will include hands on experiences with expert trainers in hardware, software, makers and more. Stay tuned for announcements.

Networking

As a vibrant community in Ottawa, IoT613 will be hosting social networking events across the City of Ottawa. We are looking for community partners to host themed events. Please get in touch if you are interested in co-hosting networking events.

Check out the many expert speakers and panelists being featured at this event including CENGN President and CEO, JC Fahmy (May 9th, 1:15pm – 2:00pm) JC will be exploring current IoT trends in Canada, and will be participating in the identification of the benefits of IoT for businesses and citizens, and the identification of how Canada’s IoT ecosystem stacks up compared to the rest of the world!
